I think If someone was trying to get me out of the car with that I would probly ask them to go get someone else.. its way to slow.. thet and the fact I picked it up in the store and its just not strong enough.. its not very heavy duty.. I dont think may people will get it if they are a firefughter ect.. most use rescue tool for ems is peny cutters.. which are just heavy duty sisors..
