FedEx MD-11 crash landing at RJAA

A FedEx MD-11 crash landed on runway 34L at Narita International Airport (RJAA), east of Tokyo, and burst into flames at around 6:50 am, March 23, 2009. FedEx Flight 80 from Guangzhou, China, was manned by a pilot and co-pilot. Gusty winds had been reported at the time of the accident.
