Why do FedEx likes to leave packages in the front door without knocking to see if anyone was home?

I heard a noise(It wasn’t a knock just footsteps) in the front of my door and when i looked I didn’t see anyone but I saw a package. What if someone stole that package? Are they liable for it? One of these day if I didn’t get my package and turns out someone stole it. . . I’m going to SUE FedEx!Submited by:Curiosity Media

How does Fedex Tution Reimbursement work?

I know that some companies you must work for them for several years after they approve of your tution reimbursement. Does FedEx have the same guidelines…do you have to work for them for sometime after they give you tution reimbursement? Is there any regualtions I need to know about before I send in my papers for tution reimbursemnt. i work at FedEx in Newark, NJ airport! If anyone has any details about this please post. I ordered an item and FedEx is delivering it to me. I was home all day and online it said that no one was home so they could not deliver the package. This was their second attempt and I am really fed up with FedEx. They left a slip on my door yesterday when they made their forst attempt. It says you may pick-up your package TODAY after 7:00 P.M. Yesterday is the Today in the slip. Can I still go and get my package since they also attempted to deliver it today?
